Includes green oakleaf, red oakleaf, green romaine, red romaine, lollo rossa, and red leaf lettuces. 5 oz. is the same amount as the boxes of salad mixes sold in most grocery stores. Grown using organic practices. Delivered unwashed (to preserve freshness) in a ziplock bag. Best stored with the bag slightly opened or with a paper towel in the bag to absorb excess moisture.
