What We Produce
Delicious Eggs From Happy Hens
On Three Oaks Farm chickens have the opportunity to be something that they don't get to be on many farms today...a chicken. We see chickens and other animals as being something more than a tool for our use or a product for our consumption. They are a living integral part of the farm! So whether they are bathing in the dirt, pecking through compost, or chasing down bugs, they are doing what they do best...being chickens. And our reward is delicious, fresh, rich eggs like none you have ever tasted.
All-Natural Pastured Poultry
Our broilers enjoy the same pastured life that our laying hens do and we raise ours bigger and a little older than most people who farm pastured chicken. You can expect a whole broiler to weigh between 4.5 and 5.5 pounds, providing plenty of delicious and healthy chicken for your family. We process our broilers on farm insuring that they are cared for to our standards, from the time we receive them at 3 days old until they reach you. Processing in this way also reduces stress and results in a more tender and tasty meat. Try them...you won't regret it!
Grass Fed Grass Finished Ground Beef
The delicious ground beef that we sell starts right here on the farm! We raise our own miniature Hereford beef cows, so the beef we sell is born and raised on the farm. Because these cows are smaller and due to the limited quantity, we currently only offer our beef ground. Even so, it will be the highlight of any dish it's in. Our cows don't receive hormones of any kind and are raised 100% on grass and some hay during the winter. When you eat our beef, you can rest assured you are eating something that is good for you as well as good for the environment.
Who We Are
Three Oaks Farm is a small, family-owned farm just outside of Saint George, South Carolina. Our goal is to provide you, the consumer, with the freshest, most nutritious produce possible. We believe that by allowing plants and animals to grow in the types of environments they were designed to grow in, we can allow them a happy, healthy life and in turn they will provide us with delicious food. We have an "open-door policy" at Three Oaks Farm. We would love for you to come visit and see how we produce the products we sell. Our desire is that you would truly have an opportunity to "Know What You Eat" by seeing how it's grown...and once you see the care that we have put into everything that comes out of Three Oaks Farm, that you would then want to "Eat What We Grow!"
